Nicholas Netzer is a Director and Financial Advisor at LEO Wealth, based in Hong Kong. He specializes in cross-border planning and investment management for individuals and families throughout Asia, with particular expertise in U.S.-related financial matters.
Having lived abroad for nearly two decades, Nicholas brings both professional expertise and personal experience to the challenges faced by internationally connected families. He is fluent in English, speaks Mandarin, and reads and writes Chinese. His background in both the United States and Asia allows him to help clients bring clarity and coordination to increasingly complex financial lives.
Before returning to Asia, Nicholas built a financial planning practice in the United States with New York Life and its advisory arm, Eagle Strategies. Today, he works with internationally mobile professionals, expatriate families, business owners, and retirees, helping them navigate the complexities that arise when investments, taxes, retirement assets, and estate considerations span multiple jurisdictions.
Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys basketball, weightlifting, hiking, travel, and science fiction. He and his wife share a passion for exploring new cultures and cuisines with their daughter, and much of their free time is spent discovering new places, both close to home and around the world.
