Earlier, she held a senior client relationship role at a Cayman trust company, supporting offshore trust structures and fiduciary administration. She began her career at a law firm in Toronto, where she developed a strong foundation in legal research and drafting.
Joanna holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BSc in Economics and Statistics from the University of Toronto. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and earned an LL.M. in Trust Law from the University of London. She also holds a California insurance producer license.
