Daigo Sato is the CEO of LEO Wealth Tax Japan with more than 14 years of extensive experience in Japanese taxation, including individual income taxation, corporate taxation, gift/inheritance tax, and real estate property-related income taxation.
He has been involved in providing domestic corporate tax compliance, corporate tax restructuring, tax due diligence and international tax planning services for Japan inbound investment to foreign companies and individuals at a Big 4 accounting firm.
From 2018 to 2021, he was seconded to the London office, where he primarily assisted Japanese clients in their tax related matters and new investments into the UK.
He established SATO LW Tax Co, doing business as Leo Wealth Tax Japan, in 2025 and is primarily engaged in tax consultancy services for family-owned private companies, medium—and large-sized listed corporations, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals..
