Charles Mok is Head of Legal and Compliance at LEO Wealth. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for the firm’s compliance matters including maintaining and administering the firm’s compliance policies and liaising with Hong Kong regulators. He also provides guidance on legal issues which the firm or its clients may encounter from time to time.
Prior to joining LEO Wealth, Charles was a partner at a law firm where he led the regulatory advisory and commercial practices. He is qualified to practice as a solicitor in both Hong Kong and England and Wales.
